• None

4. New Business:

• Delinquency Collection Policy. The proposed policy was introduced and discussed. The Board then voted on the proposal. Lamb, Aye; Corriea, Aye; Forchini, Absent.
• CC&Rs changes. There were extensive discussions regarding proposal to change the CC&Rs. It was ultimately decided that the Board would meet with the Association attorney to discuss potential changes and to develop various proposals to deal with dogs, fire prevention, and quiet enjoyment. These proposals, along with attorney recommendations, would be presented to the members in the form of a straw poll which would be used to determine if the community wishes to proceed with amends and the form of any such amendment.
• Gun Fire. There have been reports of gunfire on or near Cedar Lane. This is a violation of the law and residents are urged to call the sheriff and then report the outcome to the Association.
