The Directors met in executive session via email to review delinquent accounts.

· The Directors voted unanimously to issue a notice of water service termination to lot #301 because of failure to make required payments.

· The Directors voted unanimously to issue a notice of water service termination to lot #502 because of failure to make required payments.

· Notice will be served by first class and certified mail.
